My next day delivery parcel went there by mistake I live 25 minutes away from it.they said it was rerouted immediately but I sat in all day and no parcel arrived

The new ?streamlined? (aka ridiculous) delivery office opening hours and this very inconvenient next day re delivery service are severely disrupting the operations of my business. Either I take time off work (unpaid) to avail of the 8-10am collection hours or I waste days and money trying to be able to retrieve a special delivery item that I used to be able to collect later that evening if I missed a delivery.Most unsatisfactory Royal Mail.
