Couldn't eat or order tea or coffee, restaurant like a dumping area, no tablets cleared, napkins lying all over the floor, thoroughly disappointed on the state of restaurant!!!!!

Had ordered two coffees the barista dropped one of the metal jugs on the floor picked it up off the floor at the side of the coffee bar where the staff walk, put milk in it and heated it up, I then had to say to her that I did not want milk from a jug that was on a dirty floor going into my coffee cup, she then argued that it was not that jug but I pointed out I watched the whole thing, she was very appeared very surly throughout and muttered under her breath as I was given my coffees, not the best experience

Friendly staff serving the standard range of Costa food and drinks make this a very enjoyable and relaxing cafe to visit. Customers are made to feel welcome and greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
