From covid and the previous dentists moved to belfast this place is a complete mess unqualified workers never answer phone makes appointments for treatment canceled 3 times with 6 months waiting on next appointment!! With excuses dentist is sick, its all pushing everyone to go private!! As an ex- dental nurse this place is a disgrace,, should be shut down!!!!!

Don't even have a dentist. Receptionist should be sacked as no one ever answers the phone. Been down today to try and get an emergency appointment and door is locked and no one is her. Complete joke

Could laugh at good reviews only shown its a joke this Brownlow Dental ser for leaving vunerable with a hole missing tooth 8 months due week ago then phones cancelled 2 wks b4 it then Bloody Again texts not taking back end June /July now off sick excuses birth preg more like or luxurey holiday leaving patients on streets to breaking point if theyre not working or paying upfront high charges teeth nightmare brownlow low skilled workers on training hours #DisabilityDiscrimination Hate NI #Pridehate Typical NI Worse Dentals

Very friendly reception staff and the dentist is a very polite young man. He talked me through my options for treatment to a broken tooth and I was very happy with the service.

I've been to numerous dentists over the years, and I've had three visits here in 6 months and can honestly say they are the best.. Catherina is an absolute pleasure to open your mouth for.. Awesome work guys!! Keep it up!! ?
