Walked in to B&M Crescent Link at 21:44 (16 minutes before closing time - which I am well aware of and intended to leave at least 5-10 minutes before closing time, I?m always very respectful and aware of closing times) and was immediately approached by a rude female member of staff who basically said ?hurry up - we?re closing now, we have to out of here before 10? I responded ?it?s open until 10pm, right? - there?s still 16 minutes?. It then created a bad atmosphere, the staff were staring and talking about me, so I just decided to leave without purchasing anything. It seems this branch of B&M gets away with closing earlier than their stated opening hours. Why not just say that you close at 21:30 then if that?s when you want to close? Instead of aggressively approaching customers that enter before the posted closing time. No customer service at all. Lazy staff who shamelessly close the shop earlier than the stated closing and make it feel like the customer has done something wrong whilst intending to enter and exit WITHIN opening hours.

There are good deals to be found here, but I find that many products are quite battered, particularly foods and dairy produce like milk. Overall, its a good shop for essential items like batteries and some homeware as well. Of course, being in the Crescent Link Retail Park means there is no shortage of free parking.

Another business sadly profiteering off the back of fake wars etc. No longer cheap and in fact even tesco beats it on many prices so visits here are probably 10% of what they used to be. Def fallen so far behind home bargains and usually evident by how empty they have been last 6 months.

Used to be great but prices are now above the quality of their products so seldom go. Home bargains is a far better store to visit

Located at a retail park with sufficient area for parking our vehicles. The shop is good for home furnishings and decorating items, toys for children, electronic items and grocery needs.

I thought that alot of the shelves were empty . If I want fancy goods again I will go to the big one on Strand Rd .

Plenty of stock on the shelves. We'll laid out shop and easy to move around. Wasn't a queue at the checkout but it wasn't a busy time. Regularly shop here for the variety and good prices.

Not the biggest store but ok. Still has a good variety of products and good all round store for food , diy, house hold items and electricals although some places on the shelves are empty. Still a wait at the tills, but on the whole cheaper than your average supermarket.

More recent addition to Derry in Crescent Link Retail Park. Plenty of free parking. Bright, spacious store with good variety and ranges of products.

It would be nice if staff could smile. I always find they seem to have no interest in their work and on occasions are to be found chatting in the aisles. I do like this store and visit quite often but the staff leave me feeling i may try another well known store where the staff smile and are more than helpful.
