Thankfully I had kept the receipt and an exchange was completed without any issues at all. Extremely happy with their customer service in this regard. I would for this reason be happy to shop there again. Not sure what would have happened had I not retained the receipt though. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS as it makes everything so much more straightforward if issues arise.”
