I called in with Specsavers Cookstown on Saturday just to see their frames and ended having an appointment and purchasing. I had the best experience ever, all the staff where so friendly and helpful and my optometrist Patrick explained absolutely everything that he was testing and looking for and all the pros and cons of different options. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough. Thank you all ?

I was in today and i must say the staff are a different class, so professional and very keen to explain everything thats going on. I genuinely have never been to any establishment that has made me feel so welcome. The price for my eye test and glasses was very reasonable and well worth the glasses i will be getting The gentleman who showed me the glasses was very helpful and didnt try and push anything but just give me good advice. I left very happy. Thank you.

Joanne was absolutely amazing, I am so grateful for all her help today. I was on holiday visiting family near Cookstown and my monthly contact lenses got damaged. I rang Specsavers in the hope that they could even sell me daily lenses to get me through the holiday but instead Joanne rang my branch in Glasgow and managed to get my full prescription all free of charge off my plan. This was all done in about 10 minutes, collection included. Outstanding service, thank you again.
