Very impressed when I hesitantly asked to return a dress I?d bought a couple of months ago without a receipt. Louise the lovely shop assistant without hesitation informed me that I could exchange it no problem, which I was very relieved about. Lovely experience..very satisfied

Opening hours posted online are inaccurate and misleading. We got to the shop only to see different opening hours on a page in the front window and closed doors.

I was in Cookstown store.There was no staff upstairs in the men's department 3 down stairs in the women and children's department. Are they saying woman customers are more important than their male customers?I've been to every store in Northern Ireland and i would say Cookstown is by far the worse store. i won?t be back and I?ll be telling anyone who asks what I think of the store. I'm not the only person how has had a bad experience of the store numerus people have said not to go into the store it?s a horrible place to shop.
