I called today to cancel an order which was fine, I was passed over to a lady to cancel my order and she cancelled it. It really did seem like she was in a rush but I was hoping to ask her another question about my order and instead of her waiting and asking me if I have any other enquiries she just said thank you and goodbye then cut off the phone before I even had the chance to speak. I found this quite rude so I instead am going to Omagh homebase for help.

Homebase prices are excessive products in building hardware is very poor you need bigger stores and a lot more choice of sizes in plywood and shelving and it would be great to have an area where you can get timber cut to size for us novices for do it your self

Excellent range of products. Very polite and helpful staff member, who went to store and found what I was looking even though it was showing out of stock. Then proceeded to take it out to my car and help me load it. Was very satisfied with my visit here. Can highly recommend this place.

Helpful staff and has great opening hours if you ever need to rush over for something. Reasonable pricing in comparison with building providers
