Domino's charges a clear premium for their pizzas, yet the quality is shockingly poor. The toppings are completely flavourless - whether it's beef, pepperoni, or Cumberland sausage, everything tastes the same: like bland, chewy paper. The cheese is equally bad - low-grade and totally tasteless. Ingredient choices are very limited compared to other places.
On top of that, their pizzas cost £2-£3 more than pretty much any other place in town, even after applying all available deals and discounts, which is absurd for what you actually get.
Another issue: their delivery drivers often arrive well before the estimated time, which might sound good, but it's genuinely disruptive when you've planned your meal for later.
To make things worse, they're constantly advertising for drivers, which suggests high turnover and poor working conditions - not exactly the kind of business I feel good supporting.
Plenty of better and more affordable options around. This one's a hard pass.

Delivery is always wrong rung up to get order sorted and we're completely useless couldn't even replace an order that wasn't right I quote they said because there was nothing wrong with the order even tho it was missing stuff and by the time they got it delivered the order would be cold so only right for them to send a fresh order Nd take old one

Alright, listen! Domino's, they play a fast one on me tonight. Driver, he very nice man, comes with big smile. But when I open box, wallahi! Big confusion. I order Cinni Dippers, you know, those yummy cinnamon treats? Instead, I find one whole pizza, covered in chocolate! Like a giant Kit Kat.Now, don't get me wrong, chocolate good sometimes. But with pizza? Not so much. My stomach, it say "This no good, yaar!" So I call Domino's, and they very nice about it. They say sorry for mix up and send new Cinni Dippers right away. Very good service, this I appreciate.Just be careful, Domino's. Maybe write order twice next time, ha? Because chocolate pizza, well, it leave me feeling very surprised.

I got kicked out for no reason.And they cancelled my order. Kicked us out for apparently leaving a Pringles can in the toilet even tho we weren?t in the toilet. This is an absolute disgrace never coming back.

ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours, when I called to check the progress the order had been cancelled, when we spoke to the manager he stated that we had hung up 4 times, but i had not gotten any calls or hung up on anyone. He insisted we did so we just cancelled the order due to it being too late and we were having dinner in a few hours anyways. Only bad Interaction with dominoes other than that we normally have a good time with dominoes. (edit) hey yeah we tried to order again, manager was rude and thought we were prank calling, cancelled our order. Never ordering from dominoes again

Website said open at 10, ordered at 11:45 and then drove past, shutters closed. Order arrived at 8pm. Update hours or don't receive orders before opening hours. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 pizzas,got only 2 and also missing 2 drinks.Contacted shop,they checked my order ,apoligise and told me they will prepare pizza and deliver as soon as possible..waited for over 1 h 20 min,contacted them again-and they replied there is no missing pizza on my order....absolutely worst service ive ever received...very bad customer service...every time ive ordered anything in this shop,always was something mixed up or missing...but after service ive received tonight deffinatelly will never go back...shame on such a big pizza brand...
