The staff are friendly but if you have had a script sent through don't count on getting it as they use same phone line for calls as they do for faxes so very good chance they won't get it especially during busy periods and on more than a few occasions I've had to try and make alternative arrangements.the people working their are helpful but they are limited by the obvious budget restraints.

Do not use their collect service if GP in another village. Needed medication asap, script left GP at 2pm, 15 mins away, still hadnt arrived in Coagh at 4.30. I understand they collect from various GPs and this takes time, but either split the run or advise patients in need of medication in a hurry to collect themselves from GP.
