I mean, let's be honest, it's impossible for me to ever give any Waterstones anything lower than 5 stars ? literally my favourite place to shop for books and they always have a wide range of genres to choose from. All the staff are always pleasant to chat to. It's always great to see some less popular books at Waterstones as well
