Thanks to Andy and Chris who helped me with buying the exact mobile and tariff I needed. Despite a few computer glitches, (a new system), the lads had the patience to sort a few problems that were thrown at them. Excellent attitude and very high professionalism. What to say, hmm. To start vodafone was very helpful, I've had numerous amount of problems with vodafone UK, they broke the connection with my one number service, eventually fixed it, then I had problems with my phone calls dropping and crackling also terrible interference, reported this to the so called directors office, they asked me for three examples. I provided these also was getting delayed texts, from there I suffered issues with my 4G I couldn't use it at my home address at all. I had to travel 6 miles just to use my mobile data. Directors office issued me with a deadlock letter, apparently I wasn't experiencing problems according to their systems. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK I WANT TO SPEND HOURS AND HOURS ON A PHONE FOR NOTHING TO BE DONE. They refused to speak at all on the phone and kept referring me to Cisas who dont deal with mast issues or mast performance. I spoke to DAN ALICE AND RAHEEM all of which was arrogant obstructive and dismissive, I sent emails to nick Jeffery CEO of Vodafone uk, only to get the directors office again who I had no faith in to deal with my complaint, they stick by their employees and they dont want to help customers but still expect them to pay, ATTROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COST . THEIR BROADBAND IS ALSO TERRIBLE. I'm leaving their broadband on the 24th March, with a cost of £316. They didn't tell me that I could cancel upto 30 days which I didn't know about nor was I advised this either. PLEASE AVOID
