Furious.
Just had a straight forward £15 puncture repaired. The locking nut socked was faulty so with my consent they using a tool to removed all four locking nuts and replaced with normal studs.
Total bill £84 ?. Gobsmacked. Over double the price I was expecting. Warning to all and lesson to myself. Make sure agree a price before any unexpected work is carried out. First and last time illl be using this place.

3 tyres later and it's finally fixed but from a different garage. Took the car in the first time as the tyre was going flat. They fixed it and told me that i was good to go. Not even 24 hours later my tyre was almost flat. Pumped air into it and took it down to them again for them to apparently fix it. Was told a bit of the alloy was sticking into the wheel which was causing the problem (should of been checked and fixed first time) they said they had smoothed it out and that I was good to go again. Not even 2 days later I was heading to work and the tyre had got that flat I had to pull over. Contacted oconnells in garvagh as they where the closest at that time. They came out took the tyre of and there was a massive crack on my alloy which was causing the problem. They fixed it and I haven't had any bother with the tyre. I will never be stepping foot in this place again when they can't fix a tyre. 3 times in a week I've had to get that same tyre changed because of them. Staff didn't seem happy at all when I had went back saying I had a problem with my tyre. Just seemed like they wanted me out as soon as they can. Not one bit happy.....

Had an issue with alignment and another squeaking /grinding noise. The young lad did the wheel alignment and then proceeded to check the every thing for the mystery noise. He gave the car back and said he wasn?t sure what it is. He has actually fixed the issue without knowing he did so like to say top man for taking the time and looking when it wasn?t on the job description good company will be back

I'll try and keep this concise.
I've relied on these guys to do a simple job but unfortunately they haven't come through. Cutting a long story short my experience has been nothing but negative. From charging £18 for a simply tyre valve replacement to absolute incompetence of fitting parts that I've had to supply myself. Incompetence is a very kind word.
Brand new parts I've sourced myself, have been damaged during fitment, other parts also damaged and new parts not fitted correctly as I've said.
Elongated durations I've endured, to be returned a faulty vehicle. Dealing with the director has been more than difficult, as Bernie can not simply accept fault or criticism and is met by aggression and hostility.
On return to the premises with faults to work carried out, I was basically told to not come back. On two occasions, I've brought two vehicles separately for MOT preparations. Both failed on multiple major defects that basically could not have been missed during a simple MOT prep inspection. Despite being told that an MOT inspection would cost £45, I was charged hundreds of pounds for things, such as corroded brake pipes and rusted sills of over 1ft long to be over looked.
The garage also caused damage to multiple areas a number of times to my vehicles.
As I said, I was met with hostility by the director. All interactions have been recorded on voice recorder on my mobile phone. At which point I mentioned this to Bernie he ran away.
I don't understand the ratings here because this business doesn't deserve them.

Called in at 4:55 (they close at 5:30) with a punctured tyre was asking for just air or something in it so i can get home from work but they said no because they are closing soon
Which has left me waiting for god knows how long for someone to come out and sort my tyre out . Very unhappy about this

I arranged for an MOT check at short notice and was given an appointment for Monday past as my MOT test was yesterday Tuesday. I think the person I dealt with was called Richard, so thank you ??
