So very disappointed with EWM ordered my mother a cardigan payed on line to collect in store ... Ordered it 19/01/2018 been in to store called store ((( it's been dispatched)) I can't tell you anymore but it's been dispatched... I asked can you call see what the hold up is ..no it's been dispatched nothing I can do ...VERY POOR SHOW (((EWM))) a week to get my order ...won't be back that's for sure ... Got stuff from China faster ...pick it up tomorrow at long last ......

This is the type of shop you go to buy your granny their Christmas present. But believe it or not they occasionally have the odd nice jumper I would look at! I only know this because I go to look for things for my elderly relatives I am not a regular - honest!! They do stock some nice Christmas gifts too. The shop always seems to be busy so they must be doing something right. The staff are helpful although their uniforms could do with being jizzed up a bit. All in all a bit old fashioned.
