This foreign worker refused my friend a red-bull when he showed proof of id she refused him the redbull when I was standing beside him because I did not have my id on me at this current point in time, I found this very unprofessional when he showed proof of id for the redbull she was very rude and dismissive about the situation

Every single time I come into this store, the older lady with glasses at the customer service desk is passive aggressive to me, she laughed in my face when I asked to scan my club card to get the points and money for my last receipt. She laughed after she said 20p? As if I shouldn?t bother getting the club points or money. Either she needs retraining or moved from the customer service desk, beyond a joke.. left the shop fuming

Store was clean and well stocked although the veg on offer was starting to rot! When I arrived at the checkout I seemed to have gotten in the way of a deep engrossing football conversation between the young fella serving me and his colleague stocking the off license but he tried his best not to let me put him off as he continued calling across players and results infact the only time he spoke to me was to say what I owed and a hurried 'have a nice day' . MORE TRAINING REQUIRED!! (now I even sound like him )
