I was looking for a weekend bag, and a friend had a Barbour one. Found Country Sports online offering it. I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them but the reviews here and their responses to my question about returns reassured me so I went ahead. Arrived safely today and not only do I love it, and it was a good price but really appreciated the service - including a handwritten not in the package - not often you get that!

Yet again the shop is closed. Called them and asked for the opening times. I was told and I quote ?I?m over 70 years of age, I open 6 days a week from 10am!!? Yet at 10:30am they are closed on a Thursday

This is how you do first class customer service. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of product and service that I called Stephen and expressed how much I was impressed by their customer service.
You can keep your big multi national retailers. You won?t get better service with highly competitive prices anywhere near these guys.

I received my new Barbour jacket today from Smyths Country Sports. The package arrive quickly (we live in Canada) and the jacket is beautiful, I look forward to many years of enjoyment with it. The Smyth family even added a hand written note for me, which I felt was a nice touch that often isn't seen in the 21st century busy lives that we live. Well done Smyth family. I plan to order with you folks again one day!

I had a fantastic experience ordering online from Smyths country sports. The barbour jacket arrived quickly, was well packaged and in absolutely pristine condition. Unfortunately it was too small and had to be returned but the return process was quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
