Large showroom, and helpful staff, Suzanne was very helpful as a sales assistant and allowed us to take a piece home to see if it suited our room, the item was too large in the end but she wasnt pushy with the sale like some other shops, the lady in the coffee shop was also very pleasant and served us up great coffee and scones.

This business does not offer a complete service for carpet fitting; you will have to source your own joiner should doors need adjusted. I would have appreciated if this had been made clear to me as I would have purchased elsewhere.

A few weeks ago, I purchased a console table at RightPrice, and it was delivered today. The quality of the table is great, deserving a 5/5 rating. However, I am rating the overall experience as 2/5 due to the careless handling during delivery. Instead of lifting the table by the sturdy metal base or the metal part connecting the glass top to the base, the delivery personnel grabbed it by the glass top when removing it from the van and carrying it into the house. Given the table's 50 kg weight, primarily due to its heavy metal base, their method was reckless as the glass could have easily broken under the weight pressure in the middle of the table. They were fortunate the glass didn't get damaged as far as I can see, but only time will tell.

Visited the shop yesterday with my mum and sisters to look for a new suite of furniture. There was a selection of beautiful suites but unfortunately even after approaching the lady for help, she was so very unhelpful and quite dismissive. We even asked questions and she stared blankly at us, unresponsive. She then walked away from us while looking at her phone. We were shocked and disappointed as my mum loved one particular sofa but will definitely not be giving any businese as a result of that awful service. We questioned whether it was our casual attire that led to the lady ignoring us and walking away, or if it was just lack of motivation to deal with any customers at all. - It was as if she didn't want the sale!Disappointing, but we will purchase elsewhere. Don?t underestimate the importance of customer service!

We've bought sofas and beds previously at RightPrice. This week we needed a "toddler-friendly" bed & mattress with no time to spare. I rang Suzanne @ RightPrice on Saturday, she knew what would suit us, I went up to see it and it's being delivered & assembled today (Tuesday). Couldn't ask for a better or more efficient service. This is why we always go back!
