Overcrowded fish tanks have called the nspca and have sent pictures 30 fish in a 15 litre tank is disgusting staff very rude manger just doesn't care and I don't care u have a 50 thousand pound water system it's still to many in one tank manger told me to go get my fish else where wat a cheeky rude man sorry not a man

This is terrible I have had 2 hamsters and 2 gerbles from here both gerbles had SERIOUS health issues and 1 hamster had something growing out of its ear terrable to be honest. only one hamster was able to be handled without going mad also can we talk about the care even in store of the animals? Small cages little to no toys I've seen dead fish and dead bugs that have go out of the box to feed exotic pets DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Call into today looked at the tropical fish also all the tropical fish dry products then got myself 4 nice female guppies very colourful the aquariums are very clear and super clean was served by Darren I think top fella Really friendly and no asking straight over hello can I help you brilliant couldn't ask for better service thank you Darren o and thanks for the 2 snails hopefully they help my other snail problem...

Good range of products but most Platys at the fish section are covered with fin rot and white spot. Bought fish from here before and every one was sick - not from any fault of my own. Please treat your fish better ??
