When buying a gift for a family member’s birthday, I was met with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff! The girls in Pandora are a real asset to the company. Recommended different jewellery options, and they have something to suit everyone. I have a few Pandora pieces myself and I love them.

i’ve been a customer with pandora for years now, and not once have i ever had any problems whatsoever. Recently i went to the store to purchase a set of rings totalling at £70 and was informed by a member of staff that i could return the ring if it was unsuitable and get a full refund. i went back to receive a refund... read full comment

Terrible professionalism and customer service. My mum was patiently waiting to be served and was ignored for 20 mins and others served all around her. I understand it’s Christmas time & busy but still very poor. Lost a faithful customer.
