O2 coleraine is the worst experience I have ever had, its worse than walking into the post office. At least 2 - 3 members dissappear into the store after standing behind the counter not dealing with anyone and was left standing for quite a while on more than one occassion, in the end I walked out and drove to the Ballymena store. What a difference, night and day between them, O2 Ballymena couldn't do enough and very pleasant to deal with. Avoid the coleraine store at all costs.

5 Stars ? Slightly Traumatized, Fully Connected
Came in for a phone, left with a contract, emotional whiplash, and an odd sense of loyalty to Dean?the manager who speaks in prophecy and mobile plans. Peter, the assistant manager, stood and nodded sagely like a wise Jedi. Matthew tried to upsell me by acting out my future Instagram life. It was... a lot.
Great deals, mildly chaotic energy. 10/10 would get confused again!

Avoid at all costs staff member Billy extremely rude, insulting customers (personal insults) even when he is not involved in their conversation. His selling skills also leave alot to be desired, after purchasing a phone from o2 his exact words were I'm just a salesman and i'll tell you want you need to hear to get a sale!

We called into the Coleraine store today and were instantly greeted by one of the nicest staff in any shop, Jade. She got us both sorted with our contracts and explained everything clearly and patiently. First class service!

The staff in here are exceptional, was assisted this evening just before closing and they were happy to help, polite efficient and with good humour. Fixed the issue I was having swiftly.

Excellent store with great staff, plenty of phones to choose from. Came in to switch phones and was looked after by Matthew, very knowledgeable friendly and helpful also very efficient at his job.
Was in and out within 15 minutes with a new handset.

Took out Switch Up with O2, meant to be able to switch phones whenever you want, spent an hour with 1 of the staff picking a new phone, new tariff etc, (he was very helpful) but along comes Mr Big looking down his nose at me, then tells me I can't switch because of the smallest scratch on 1 of the corners of the phone, tells me I need to pay off the rest of the Contract 1st. (Always a catch)
Anyone on O2 using Switch Up ask the jobsworths to check the phone 1st because that's an hour of my life wasted I'm never getting back.
Getting no more money off me ya crooks!

Despite there being 3 sales assistants no one even approached us! It?s ok to be busy but it?s not ok to be ignored! As simple, ?hello, someone will be with you on a couple of minutes? would make the world of difference. I wanted to change my payment details. I was told that it could only be done by ringing customer services unless I upgraded at the same time. Yes, like I?m going to do that?Anyway, I went home and struggled through the O2 app and was able to do it myself quite easily in the end. The guy just couldn?t be arsed as far as I?m concerned.Just the usual from this shop.

Always friendly with good advice and excellent working knowledge.
