  My experience was shocking driver storms off leaving disabled shoppers to get taxi home office staff have awful habits of hanging up when you complain twist issues on phone change booking times of members don?t assist or help with shopping need I go on glad to see the back of them not trusting not honest not worthy of any financial help whatsoever they are even lucky to get 1 star they are an absolute joke incidentally drivers are leaving this company

  This is the best service. I couldn?t manage without it. The drivers are all very courteous and friendly. I?m able to use the service twice a week and is very useful for attending GP appointments and to take me into Ballymoney for appointments. Thank you Paul, Frank, Aidan and Hugh.

  The older woman who works at reception is horrible, she has no empathy for disabled people!!!
