Ordered shoes online and when I got them home and opened them it was 2 different shoes. Took them back to the store and collected a second pair that I ordered online. Picked up my click and collect order, came with no packaging or bag and rude member of staff refused to give me a carrier bag.. Please teach your staff some customer service skills!!!

Terrible customer service. I was trying to purchase an item from the home department and stood for 10 minutes where I was ignored by three staff members who where more concerned about getting the click & collect parcels for other people.
