I went into the Coleraine branch today to get a statement, I was very impressed with the ID check and the questioned asked before staff would discuss my personal information and account details. It really made me feel confident that my money is safe and secure if my card were to be lost or stolen. ? ?

I have dealt with Nationwide Coleraine on a few occasions the past few months. Jill, the staff member who dealt with my business, was so helpful & went above & beyond her duty to help. Nothing was too much bother & I hope Nationwide realise what a great asset she is to the company. Her personality & efficiency is worth a 5* review.
