Myself and my wife had used Mortgage/Property for over 10 years as tenants before buying our first home and I can say Kate and her team are all very lovely and very helpful people. I bought my first house through Mortgage and Property 18 years ago and when it came to selling it I contacted Kate again. I hadn't sold before so I had no idea what to expect. Kate was fantastic at keeping me right with all the documentation that I required so that when I finally sold I had everything ready. Both Kate and James took care of all viewings for me so that I didn't have to keep travelling up to the house. They were easy to contact if I had any queries and kept me fully updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again!!
