Great place to shop for very good quality products. I always treat myself to some expensive aftershave here or something from the giant clothing section and a few other different items of clothing for men.
Household products are good. I bought plenty of bedding items, kitchen items and clothing for my wife.
It's not a cheap place to shop but not overly expensive either. At least you know you will find quality products.

Lovely airy and bright store. A taste of largely a bygone era of the Dept store model albeit on a smaller scale. The restaurant is worth a visit, good menu reasonably priced.

Went into cafe today staff at counter abrupt. Girl at till tried to give me a dirty glass had to tell her it was dirty to get a clean one ! Ordered soup paid was told come back up in 5 mins and get it when my husband went back it was just sitting on counter !! Couldn?t even say it was ready . Then a lot of dirty tables asked staff member at soup counter could someone clear the table her reply was ?there?s clean ones on down the back ? I actually couldn?t believe what I was hearing. I then told her I didn?t wish to walk away down the back as I had to walk back up for the soup so would she mind cleaning the table . Definitely won?t be back until staff are trained in customer service

Approached by a staff member who was very rude and made a comment that was out of line and she looked her nose down at me and my young children. I won?t be back!

Returned a jumpsuit yesterday and the attitude of the assistant was disgusting, the tone of her voice for a start after I stood for 5 mins waiting. the jumpsuit didn't fit me thats why I returned it and she had the cheek to ask me had I worn it. it still had label on it as well.
Surprised they have any customers if this is the way they treat them.
Won't be back again in a rush.
