Some of the staff need customer care training. Unfriendly, unhelpful no thanks no please no hello just grunting at customers making you feel like you're just bothering them especially when they're standing there talking to each other leaving you standing there waiting for their conversation to finish.

Served me the stuff in my basket and told me my total but didn't seem happy when I needed stuff from behind the till and then I needed to use the Paypoint and she sighed and pressed the help button. I get that it's boxing day but I don't want to be served by someone who's obviously irritated by doing her job. ?

Would get more stars if it wasn't for the high prices compared to supermarkets such as Tesco/Sainsbury/Asda. A loaf of Hovis wholemeal bread was almost £2.50.

Absolutely shocking every time I come here I pay a different price for the exact same thing one time 2.20 , 2.90 , 3.20 , 2.50 , 4.30 , 4.59, 3.90, and then today 4.79 for a start the food item is not even well prepared and I regularly find hairs or other things that should not be in the food item just terrible.

Just watch yourself in Kenny's. Amazing new shop, but items being scanned through as more expensive than listed in the isles. Make sure you get a receipt and double check everything. Manager, Eileen? is also extremely rude but that was bearable when only paying for fuel.
