For the second time I have not received my order both of which was for a child that has dealt with a lot. Never mind the disappointment of not having what he carefully picked out now we are left wandering when the parcel will IF it does turn up. Offering good will gesture and that not being carried out, as well is appalling. This will be the last time I will ever be shopping with JD instore and online. Frankly my money is better spent elsewhere.
