Absolutely shocking. I bought a car radio from the coleraine branch in December and only finally got it finished in derry/lderry in july. Few parts didn?t arrive and had to keep going back to coleraine a few times which they still ordered wrong. Please do not buy from them. Even now it has the wrong front on it and i just cant keep going back.

The windscreen humidifiers (the type you microwave to recharge when the dot changed colour) I?d bought in Halfords a long time ago needed changing so I went online (not Halfords) and bought a couple which turned out to be rubbish.
So as I saw there was a Halfords near our hotel I thought I?d pop in and get a couple of decent humidifiers.
I?m can be a bit lazy and couldn?t be bothered walking around the store to find what I wanted so I just grabbed the member of staff near the door and explained what I wanted.
He took me over to where the product was, we had a little chat about it and then after checking I had everything I needed he took them back to the till for me.
I was in and out in no time and left with what I wanted.
The young man that helped me was very helpful, polite and friendly.

Excellent service in Halfords. The members of the team who assisted me were very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I found everything satisfactory. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which is a rarity in this day and age! Thank you.
