From the first meeting Rosemary seemed to understand what we needed and was in touch throughout the purchase and installation of our new kitchen.The fitters were highly experienced and finished the installation to a very high standard.

I reported an issue regarding warped kitchen unit doors which were clearly originating from the faulty dishwasher (they couldn't exactly just spontaneously damage themselves). Although I reported this issue within the warranty period, Exorna are refusing to address the issue. I do not recommend this company as they do not honour warranty in terms of appliances.

Excellent service and extreamly helpfull...i required a replacement door for a discontinued kitchen they had previously fitted and although they were very busy the owner told me to give him time he'd have one specially made for me...True to his word he made the door and charged me a very fair price....It being such a large operation i was touched by there customer care for someone who wanted so little..
