We had our kitchen installed by Exorna and very quickly identified an issue with the doors which was absolutely nothing to do with Exorna but was to do with the original manufacturing process used by the door manufacturer. We reported the matter to Exorna and to be honest they have been superb in helping us sort the problem. They came to our home, viewed the issue, offered options and solutions, advised us on what was best suited for our usage and agreed a path forward. Only yesterday the fitting team came and replaced all of the door fronts and finishes and have done a fantastic job. I can honestly say that from original design and install through to replace and repair the team have been fantastic with their advice and support. Do not believe the naysayers, Exorna do an excellent job and are well worth a visit! I haven?t named anyone specifically as it is a team effort but everyone involved know who they are, the role they played and the satisfaction they have supplied. Thank you!

Excellent service overall: from kitchen design, selection, price, installation and aftercare. When we had a recurring problem with a Hotpoint combi microwave oven, Exorna stepped up and replaced it with a Neff? no quibble!

I would highly recommend Exorna Kitchens. Dealing with Timmy, from the design of the kitchen to selecting kitchen units and appliances through to fitting and after sales. Really like to thank the installer (Joey) his attention to detail and putting the customer first was a pleasure- thank you everyone at Exorna.

Kitchen purchased from Exorna through builders for a turn key property, but we did spend a few thousand on added extras. Problems with the fitting of the kitchen since installation. All issues which should have been quite easily remedied. Unfortunately after sales service was absolutely diabolical. After multiple contacts we had most issues fixed (eg handles 50mm off centre of drawers. Handles not level on drawer doors, along with other issues) I have chased for over 3 years now to have a small remaining issue with the dishwasher door fixed. I can't count how many phone calls I made. Every phone call I was given promises that it would be resolved. Was told approximately 8 months ago that a new smaller door was being ordered. Then about 5 months ago when I still hadn't heard. I contacted Exorna multiple times. Before finally getting a WhatsApp from Andy asking for videos and photos. I replied on 2 occasions and have yet to receive a response. I only write this negative review because I gave Exorna multiple opportunities to fix it and we will now have the expense of resolving their problem ourselves.

The experience of buying through Exorna exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting Rosemary seemed to understand what we needed and was in touch throughout the purchase and installation of our new kitchen.The fitters were highly experienced and finished the installation to a very high standard.
