Ordered a Samsung tablet online and collected know store. The package itself and the tablet was damaged. I asked for a replacement and was advised it would be here either sat 19th or wed 23rd April and they will ring me when it arrived. Waited till wed late afternoon, no phone call and rang the store. They told me it was not in stock and would have to wait. No apologise or that. Shocked in how they handle it, I should of received a phone call from themselves. So I have to source another tablet.

Went in with my elder father to help him buy a replacement TV, which we?d seen on their website. Was told it wasn?t in stock but they could order it in for us. Fair enough, he was asked to sit down asked persistently about an extended warranty, which my Dad kept declining. Finally he got the message, at this point the salesperson moved on to say there would be a £20+ delivery charge, fair enough. I interjected and suggested we just pick it up next week. That?s when we were told the delivery charge was to the store too. Seriously?!? Website clearly states ?Free in-store collection.? At this point I ended the transaction, if I hadn?t been there my father might have paid it needlessly. Curry?s do better!

Placed and order for click and collect because the site told me it'd be less than an hour, just for me to drive to the store and be told they dont even stock the item and itd take days for it to be delivered. I asked if I could cancel it and get a refund but I was informed I had to wait until the item arrived in store before I could do that despite it not even having been dispatched. The only positive thing was that the CA was friendly.

Really great service, I had bought airpods but I was not sure if they would fit in my ears as earphones have tended to fall out of them in the past. Didn?t get his name but the guy who sold them to me said I could get a refund even if I opened them and tried them on? very few retailers seem to do this with apple products - Argos and John Lewis both don?t accept a return if it is opened.
I also wasn?t able to remove the ear tip to get a smaller size without feeling I would break the silicone, and when I came in to return the item the next day, the same man who sold it to me helped to remove the ear tip, and was wanting to help me find a replacement, really great service compared to other technology shops.
