Good prices but aftersales online is very slow & difficult to attain! The chatbot services are absolutely horrible & really not helpful. If Curry's online could improve customer service & have more clear & rapid aftersales then I would happily give 5 stars but I find I now pay just a little more sometimes and purchase from other retailers, as its a much better customer experience if things go wrong or I need to return an item.

Where do I start? Black Friday deals and you pick a tv which is on display to be told we don't have any and they are discontinued. I asked why is it not removed from display? Well there would be an empty space !! Weird logic.

Very poor service, can't work and won't work attitude. Maybe it's a generation thing, was trying to enquire about electrical goods, but apparently the goods on display don't work (cd player).

Zero stars but have to give oneThis is my first review & the reason for Zero stars is as followsThe rude & unprofessional manager who asked me to shut up so he could speak & rolled his eyes at me. Failed to give his name & even wear a name tag. Great representation for the Currys company.The reason for the visit to the store was a set of Beats Solo headphones had been purchased in store which developed a fault, research showed this was a common reported fault. The product was taken to Apple who's engineers did a report highlighting the fact the product was faulty not due to customers use & to return to Currys. Side note if purchased from Apple they would have been replaced.Therefore we arrived at Currys Coleraine whereby the staff spoken to & Engineers report shown, Currys response it?s over 12 months Take it back to Apple.At this point it was explained the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which in a product faulty within 5 year period was be addressed by the seller. The manager of Currys Coleraine stated No. It was pointed out to him that this was a breach of the law.A sheet with a contact number for Currys headquarters was supplier & contacted.Currys Headquaters stated Yes legally they have to comply with the Consumers Rights Act 2015 & they product with have to be fixed & sent back to Apple.Also the Manager should & will be apologising for his conduct.At present I am still awaiting my apology

Love currys in Coleraine so much better than the 1 in Ballymena the staff are alot more friendly. If I needed to go to a currys I'd go to Coleraine 1st 1 millions time over

Terrible service. Bought an American fridge freezer on a Tuesday told it would be delivered on the Saturday but it didn't turn up! Drove into Curry's explained what had happened the manager assurred me it would be delivered on Monday again it wasn't. This Time my wife went in to the store and the manager was not one bit interested said it would be 3 weeks before it would be delivered! Needless to say my wife asked for a refund
