Good range of choice but poor at checking electrical goods as i bought three faulty things one after another. Only buy games here now to be safe. And they like to pretend the goods were fine before i bought them and argue! Very rude.

Unhelpful and ridiculous, wouldn?t take a trade in due to minor cosmetic damage, and didn?t even bother to test it , wasted fuel for 2 trips from out of town. Lost a customer well done

Great place to pick up physical media at low prices if you're not totally on the streaming train. 2nd hand electronics are more expensive than eBay, but at least you have the assurance of a two year warranty should they develop issues. Decent sized store with an ample range of DVDs Blu-rays and CDs on its two floors. Lots of used mobile phones, tablets games systems and games etc Friendly and knowledgeable staff

This store has always been a brilliant experience for me. The staff are all friendly and always engaging in a good conversation. If I had 1 improvement it would be more PC parts.
