My Kia failed its early morning MOT at Coleraine. Stumbled on Car and Auto Tune, which is very close to the MOT centre and that was the best move I made all day. Even though he was busy Eamonn was able to help me. He got the steering track rod end delivered in 20 mins, another 20 mins to get it fitted and a phone call to the MOT centre helped to get my retest done that morning. Eamon and Barry were able to tell me exactly what my ongoing issue was with my Passat. I was booked in the following week and Barry done an excellent job sorting out the issue. I had a followup query for Barry. I left a voicemail and within 15mins he called me back,we had a chat and arranged to call by the garage again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and for which you can have a chat with. Power steering failed. Eamonn drove me back to my accommodation and found the cause of trouble. As I was booked onto ferry he did not have time to get parts for a permanent repair, so made a temporary fix to get me to destination in England and refused to charge as the repair was not permanent. Went out of their way to replace two coil springs on my A4 when they should have been wrapping up for the weekend. Great service, great value.
