Was just in cafe Nero the absolute cheek and attitude on the girl that served me she had dark brown hair and clear classes on top of her head and had a flower tattoo on her arm due to her sleeves rolled up im disgusted by the way she act on me but the drink was nice but it was just her service was disgraceful

One of the worst cappuccinos I?ve had for a long time. Overcooked milk, watery and tasteless. Wouldn?t even pass for a badly made latte.

The staff are some of the friendliest people on the planet. They make great coffee, and since I'm in so often they even know my usual order. Their baked goods are amazing, I would definitely recommend the caramel shortbread! However, their sandwiches and stuff are not too great (not to any fault of the staff - they're pre-made).
One problem I have with the establishment is their bathroom. The emergency cord has been cut and tied at a higher level and is always tied to one of the support rails that needs to be moved down for some people. The emergency cord must always hit the floor so that someone may grab it for help if they have fallen.
Other than that, it's an amazing cafe.

Honestly I've not been in for probably a couple of years. Not that it needed it, but I didn't notice any significant changes to the interior. It's still what I would call 'coffee shop dim' which is fine/conducive to a good chat!I didn't buy any food this time - nothing was jumping out at me... Looking at the options below, sorry, I wasn't there thinking I was going to review it later so didn't pay loads of attention! I feel like it probably is wheelchair accessible and certainly the terraced bit outside is.In fact thinking back I'm nearly sure they've a wheelchair accessible loo too ?Anyhow I think this is still 'up there' as one of the best spots to nip into for a cuppa up the town. There's enough space between tables to get a buggy in if your family's at that stage too...
