Recently donated items to this shop . The woman who worked there was nothing but rude no manners whatsoever! She made it out that she was doing me a favour by taking my stuff . In future I'd rather dump than donate to that shop again . Also I saw a ornament i had donated previously and I remember paying 20 for it new , they were charging £45 absolute joke !

The woman working there made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I asked whether she was accepting donations (14:20 on 2/6/22 - the older woman). She then went into a monologue about her shop's virtues as she cherry picked which items she could accept. So I went to Bernie's instead where I got the usual greatful acceptance of all items donated. Such a contrast!

Great charity shop. Even greater staff. Generous space which is well set out. The staff often change things around making it interesting for the customer. Generally good quality products especially in furniture. The staff are very hard working, very helpful and extremely pleasant My only lament is that they never seem to have much plus size stock . That isn't their fault though, is it?
