Our overall experience was very disappointing. Limited choice in the kids department - do not stock converse, vans crocs nor new balance.
Also, one lady member of staff requires help in how to address customer queries in a polite manner (minus facial expressions).

I?ve been using this shop for over 20 years and after 20 years of purchases I?ve purchased a pair of shoes that delivered a lump within the sole which appeared to have been a manufacturing issue.
I returned the shoes back within 2 weeks of purchase once this issue developed, spoke to a senior member of staff who basically said there was nothing wrong them, and he had a extremely poor attitude towards this and said ?they better be right this time as we won?t be changing them again?!
In the end the shoes did get replaced but the member of staff attitude was extremely disappointing for a genuine faulty product!
Based on this experience I wouldn?t recommend or use this shop again.

Our only stop for school shoes each year. It can get busy in August just before the schools open again, but they are organised and have a ticketing system in place with plenty of knowledgeable staff who ensure feet are measured for the correct size.

The girls in the kids dept are very helpful, but unfortunately the men's dept the guys are not great at asking if I need help, so I need to chase them down to buy some top class Italian trainers. It put me off the men's dept in future. However the selection of footwear is great with plenty of classy items to choose from.

I have been going to Bishops of Coleraine for well over 55 years. I still enjoy going to it. I now reside in Belfast but still enjoy a trip to Coleraine and into Bishops. My last spend of £348 was well worth it. No other footwear store like it. Bishops of Coleraine makes Coleraine.

Me , myself , and my brother, were looking peacefully having a stare off, when we were encountered by a member of staff who tried to emply in us leaving. 1 minute later , it happened again. This is not a welcoming influence and truly shows the lathargic, misanthropic, impertinent colours of the staff working here.

Very impressed with staff. I had the pleasure of having a well trained, well informed, patient and friendly lady in the Men?s department serve me. I often struggle and dread having to find new shoes as I need them to be wide fitting. This member of staff knew exactly what she was doing and really cared that I was happy with my choice. I was very impressed with the effort and time she took into making sure I got the best fit. She put one hundred per cent into the experience and was so patient and lovely. I asked her name and Lynn deserves a shout out! Also thank you to Adam for his help. Bishops are very lucky to have them part of their team.

Wow! This store has been around for all of my life and I am in my 50's now!. It still has the largest selection of shoes I know of for Men, Women and children of all ages. Terrific shop.
