“The windscreen humidifiers (the type you microwave to recharge when the dot changed colour) I’d bought in Halfords a long time ago needed changing so I went online (not Halfords) and bought a couple which turned out to be rubbish.
So as I saw there was a Halfords near our hotel I thought I’d pop in and get a couple of decent humidifiers.
I’m can be a bit lazy and couldn’t be bothered walking around the store to find what I wanted so I just grabbed the member of staff near the door and explained what I wanted.
He took me over to where the product was, we had a little chat about it and then after checking I had everything I needed he took them back to the till for me.
I was in and out in no time and left with what I wanted.
The young man that helped me was very helpful, polite and friendly.”
