It took me 20 minutes as the only customer waiting in the line to get a tuna and cheese panini, which when it came out was nothing special. Overall staff in the cafe weren?t very helpful.

Had I realised the grim standard of service in the café I'd have gone to tesco - & will next time - theres a café nearby. Asked for veggie fry but counter staff tell me they don't do that - they 'do a breakfast' - sausage bacon etc, not a fry & certainly not vegetarian. LIE. Challenged this & was told 'sometimes asda doesn't stock vegetarian sausages'. LIE. 'The person who gets them didn't, today' & again when challenged ADMITTED they're that person, then a victim monologue about having NO TIME. By then I'd lost my apetite! Customer service called a manager who'd been behind me in the queue, heard everything & said nothing. Sympathetic, but reiterated same EXCUSES as café counter. It's the LIES & TIME WASTING that gets to me. Won't happen again. There's better out there. CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOWEVER, WAS ON POINT!

Getting real tired of this.
Everytime I come in I spend probably between £70-100+ on a food shop. Afterwards I like to get myself an energy drink but my problem is that I get ID every time by the same old miserable woman behind the kiosk.
I?m not under 16 years old. I don?t look under 16 years old. Total pisstake.

Rude staff members in the self checkout, really awkward and no help at all

Had an awful experience in store. I had a coupon on the Asda rewards app but wasn?t sure which product it referred to. I asked a female member of staff but she wasn?t sure either. She then asked a male colleague whose response was a dismissive ?read the small print?. When I challenged him if he thought I couldn?t read he said oh I wasn?t talking to you. I said it was me who raised it so obviously he had meant me. His reply was ?paranoid or what?. I then said I didn?t like his attitude and would make a complaint he said ?go ahead I don?t care?. A colleague in customer services tried to get him to stop talking but he continued. I found his attitude bullying and condescending and not what I would expect in a customer facing role.

Terrible store, the meat looks awful and it's over priced, the staff are rude and the shop is a filthy mess, ate in the cafe the food was cold and looked like it had been lying for ages I tried to complain to the staff but there was no one around to speak to they all disappeared, will definitely not be returning to that store again

I want to say how professionally and sensitively I was dealt with today,by a ? floor manager covering the scan and go section of the Coleraine store.Unfortunately I did not get her name.I experienced a problem with my card .This member of staff's approach was excellent and ensured the problem was addressed without any further issues.Thank you!

A well laid out store which has a really good range of products. There's a great homeware range as well as a large clothing range. The self-service tills are easy to use and staff were really friendly.

Awful toilets, they are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever been to, so unhygienic and water all over the floor. Nice smelling hand soap though
