Helen & Josephine are an excellent team. I recently cracked my back tooth and within a few minutes they were able to fix what I thought would be a bit of procedure. Helen by far is the best dentist I have come across and she did an extremely great job ?

I was visiting relatives in Colraine when my tooth cracked. The receptionist at 18 Dental was able to fit me in the schedule that morning. The dentist and staff were kind and sympathetic to my situation and were able to fix my tooth promptly. I had a lovely vacation thanks to them!

I reached out to 18 dental several years ago when I suffered toothache one weekend.
The amazing staff took me asap and got me out of pain. I had seen my own dentist on the Friday prior as the tooth was sensitive but nothing was done except a solution liquid put on the tooth to ease sensitivity, no X-ray, no filling, nothing and as a result I suffered extreme pain.. (I needed a root canal)
I?m a nervous patient but once speaking to Ursula I was really at ease, the passion, the professionalism, the equipment used, the overall atmosphere left me at ease and I knew I was in good hands.
In the past I had asked my previous dentist ref braces and was told I wouldn?t be considered under NHS meaning I?d have to fund the full cost so I didn?t pursue, even though I was really conscious about my smile.
Ursula picked up that I had an overbite and I would qualify for braces under NHS.
I?ve been so amazed and grateful I had that toothache as it led me to seek out an amazing dental practice who really care.. Thank you to the 18 dental team..

Friendly professional staff. Ben and his team provide excellent dental care and make a fairly stressful time a breeze.Everything is explained up front with no hidden costs to surprise.Highly recommended.

The staff at 18 Dental are friendly and welcoming. I always feel at ease in the waiting room, which I never had with previous dentists. Any treatment needed is helpfully explained to enable you to make informed decisions.

Used to think this was a brilliant dental practice..rang to book an appointment was told because I over ran the 2 years I was taken off the books wanted me to book private and get charged £90 for the privilege..they said there not taken any NHS patience anymore told me to ring around LOCAL dentist s....thanks for nothing 18 dental poor customer service....

After a rough day and night and an emergency app Carmel making me feel at ease sorted out my problem yesterday and then rings me today to see how I am and make sure I'm not in too much pain.. that's what you call amazing after care ?
