Needs to improve and listen to its customers. First point no where to write addresses on an envelope I just bought to post something. Secondly who wants to eat peppered chicken and chicken curry at 10.30 am. Very few breakfast items left so I left without buying some food and a drink. Its a crap store atm.

we use this spar most days but the dali never has any thing there after 12 or they never want to help if they dont have it your not getting it. i wanted a baguette and sausage non left even know theres baguette in the shop

While the rest of the store is great, the barista staff don't know what type of coffees they actually serve. Unless you give them the specific name on the board they won't know what it is. Stick with Starbucks, Tim Horton's or Nero etc if you want a bit more skill and expertise from your server.
(They probably do a basic flat white or an espresso just fine though.)

Just paid for a latte and got a flask of hot milk. Coffee machine is malfunctioning, likely not cleaned properly

My daughter came to get a milkshake and the staff where terrible the machine wasn't working so she was told to wait she stood there for 25 minutes at no one came to help

Barrista staff are jolly and friendly. Post Office staff pleasant and helpful. Customer service on tills great and there is a wide range of items available

Called for diesel tonight on way to work, when it can to pay I was informed the till was closed and had to use the self service machine. Had to get a wait for a staff member who was assisting other customers with their transactions to open up a cupboard to pay for fuel (I am sure customers can?t do this) and then to just make it perfect they where unable to add my BP points. Why not just keep the till open if you need a staff member to assist customers regardless.

Great friendly staff.Good selection, a bit more expensive than other places but you pay for the convenience.Subway is pretty good with nice staff.Burger king was one of the worst I've tried and the few times I have tried it they didn't have everything in stock.

7:30am coffee machine not ready for the day, that was no problem issue sorted. Bought 3 drinks No cup holders carried my drinks towards till.. one fell roasted my chest what irritated me more was that the till staff thought it was funny!! I?m on my way out for the day with hot chocolate all down me no offer of anything to clean myself not even an apology.. angry wouldn?t be in it!! It cost nothing to be nice or to be helpful but to laugh at a customers expense not cool
