Any time you go here at night they never McFlurry or milkshake.. the Machine happens to be broke all of a sudden ? just Absolutely lazy people? clearly they turn it off for cleaning way to early? it?s just a joke annoying tbh you should be able to Order it right up until the Restaurant is actually closed ?. Pure let down ?

Just a normal visit when you get burger with all the dressings even though you ordered it to be plain, Mcdonalds must loose a fortune,would it not be better to make them all plain and only put dressings on if asked,that would cut down wastage.
Parking: The delivery drivers take most of the parking spaces,even disabled spaces that are clearly marked

Got drive through today..was charges for dips, didn't get them..not first time it's happened but it will be the last..chips were cold..in need of staff training.

Place is in shambles. Second time they?ve got my order wrong. First time i rang wee girl was so rude said it wasn?t her fault and that it was just eats? Even though the receipt had the correct order on it. So who makes the orders? The just eat man? Does he just jump over the counter? Asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager on shift??? yet when you walk in theres about 6 of them. Asked for a refund and the girl hung up????? This time spent over 40 pounds for half of it to not even arrive. Chips were wet, soggy and cold. Burger looked like it had been in a boxing ring for the past 20 minutes.Tried phoning them again and no reply.
Get better staff. Or at least people who can read and count how many fries are on the docket fs?????

Was round the drive thru at around 4pm 23/02, we were parked for quite a bit but could have been waiting on something cooking as it was a fairly big order. The guy that brought our food out was lovely, made sure to check our order was right before he left and was very polite, 5 stars for him alone

You will not receive all of your order. This happens 100% of the time. Not sure the staff are able to read the receipts so you will ALWAYS be missing at least one item, usually 2. Don't bother asking for changes to your order either as this seems to stump the preparers to the point that you'll get an item totally different to what you asked for. I honestly believe they do it on purpose - it's incredible just how often they miss items out of orders. Given there's often 3 to 4 hundred staff seemingly working in there at any one time, you'd think at least 1 of them could read. Sadly not. Go to Burger King down the road, you'll actually receive what you order!
