Alan showed us around. He selected carpets which he felt would suit our need. Was very helpful with pricing including underfelts and necessary assessories for fitting the carpet. We selected our carpet. Fitting was arranged before we left the store. Excellent service.

Called in with dimensioned drawings and spoke to Ross about carpets and some vinyl. I said I?d e-mail Ross the drawings so he could give me a quote.I hadn?t heard from him a week later so I e-mailed again. There was no response at all so I gave up. Useless Ross and company.
