I ordered 3 zinger burger meals and a portion of hot wings and paid £34. I?ve just arrived home and the wings are missing. This seems to be a frequent occurrence at KFC Carrickfergus.

Disgraceful. Placed an order, didn't arrive had to contact help line and store to be told by Noris to basically starve til tomorrow as they had no delivery driver and not enough food to fulfil my order if I came and collected it myself. Attitude of the staff member was disgusting

Went to KFC, ordered through the app. Took an hour for our order, others arrived after and left before our order was complete. When we finally received the order, there was no popcorn chicken in the order and 1 burger had 2 tops and the other 2 bottoms. Staff took 10 minutes to acknowledge we were waiting when coming in to find out what happened to our order.

Went through the drive through. Placed order went round to the window. Staff member spoke to confirm the order and price. When handing the stuff out there was no here's your order or enjoy your meal. We all have off days but don't take it out on customers.

Yet again they get the order wrong. Missing chips and no hot wings in my order and no cranberry on the burger either. I honestly don't think I've ever had the correct order.
