Went to this drive through on 27/02/25 at 7.14 pm and as usual the speaker is turned off, with no notice on it again. Proceeded to drive on round then and ordered the Whopper meal. Waited a further 20 minutes. Meanwhile the guy couldn't even crack a smile ( as usual). Got my order and arrived home and it was stone cold and it was also not a Whopper meal. It was a Chicken Royale meal that had to go straight in the bin. It also looked a mess, as though it had been picked up out if a bin. Only time I will be back here is to get my money back.

Went and got a meal got wrong burger no Ketchup in bag
Opened the bag wrong burger
Took it back right away and was then told it was closed
8pm on a Sunday??
Website says 11pm
Raging as they through my burger in the bin could have gave me it for free or the correct price
Waste of money throwing it in the bin
Website should say the proper hours also ...how hard could it be to.change it
Apparently they have been asking for a long time
Also the loyalty app burger king has is not valid in carrickfergus
As it is the only one.in carrick we should be entitled to the same benifits as any other burger king

Leaving a 1 star review because zero isn't an option. Been there twice in two weeks. On the first time, they couldn't complete my order as there were no Whopper pattys. Tonight they had no beef at all. Only chicken. So I went to KFC next door. What the hell is the point of a Burger King that doesn't have burgers?

This store closes at 8pm because of google I drove 14 mile round trip for nothing as Google says it closes at 11pm. I will change my rating when google changes their opening hours to the correct

Shambles of a place. Large order from work place to be told they had no burgers. Couldn?t actually believe it. Orders always wrong to, definitely give it a miss.
