I was in argos.carrickfergus today and David was so helpful. He ensured the bracket i bought was correct for the tv. He was helpful. I have a speech impediment however he let me take my time. We are quick to complain but not so quick to compliment.

Ambrosia Creamed Rice £1 95???????????????????????????????????? Called at Spar on16th, was £1 50, Called at a different Spar to-Day was £1 50 ?????????? What's going on? My wife is in a wheelchair due to stroke and will not walk again, its time the cafe was re opened in carrickfergus

My husband was in a few weeks ago returning a power washer . Tanya was very helpful with finding email. Power washer was still under guarantee. Thankyou Tanya for your help and polite proffessional service. 5 stars for store and Tanya ??????

I had to get to a movie next door in the Omniplex, but also had to get some food eaten first. I did not have enough time to sit somewhere, place an order, and wait for it to be cooked. Sainsbury's was the answer: they have assorted sandwiches and wraps made up already and on sale. I grabbed a ploughman's lunch type sandwich, sat and ate it, and was able to get to the film in good time. Lots of tables in the dining area. There are a few couches if you prefer. Toilets off the area where people pay for their groceries. Huge free car park outside.

Lovely store with extremely friendly professional staff! Anyone I approached was very helpful and gave exceptional customer service. Great views of the historic Carrickfergus castle.

Manager Lorraine- rude and unprofessional. No other words needed! After visiting the store, all staff members seem polite and helpful, until it comes to speaking to the manager named above. Donâ??t work in customer service if youâ??re going to approach them in an unprofessional manner.

Each time I have been in Sainburys Carrickfergus recently, there is a ghostly atmosphere as there seem to be so few people using it. Having Argos in the store now helps with the footfall.
