Went in on Friday for 30g tobacco was £16.80 which is the cheapest, so I was back in Bushmills on Monday and it has gone up to £20.10

Such a wonderful team that runs this shop. All the staff are very hardworking, friendly and extremely witty. Whether you want fantastic service or a friendly chat and a laugh. This is your one stop shop. Also the lady who runs the hot food deserves a special mention for her daily hard work and brilliant sense of humour. Visit this shop and your day will be made.

Well kept store, clean and has an uncluttered entry with a modern approach. Staff are generally friendly helpful and efficient. The usual comprehensive range of goods on the shelves, well presented and everything is easy to find in a logical layout. Anything that you can't find is easily rectified by a quick trip down the street to the Co-op, no big deal.However, all the positives are heavily overshadowed by a rather large fly in the ointment, that of the employee who appears to be assigned to the hot food section. This woman is without a doubt the most bad tempered, rude and poorly trained staff member I have had the misfortune of being served by anywhere. On one occasion she was prompted to help at the checkout, she slapped the palm of her hand down on the counter and shouted "right,come on". Somehow I managed to hold my temper and left without having to engage with her. When we're up at the North coast we now wait until after lunch time when we know she will be away.I have been informed by a few of the locals that the manager of this store is aware of the problem. Perhaps he/she has an unhealthy fear of having to deal with her. It has to be said that if this woman worked for me in my shop and presented the same attitude she would be shown the door pronto and another member of staff would leave her belongings out for her. Such a shame that someone like this can so heavily mar an otherwise really good store.

Went into the shop, there were 4 customer service team menbers behind the counter and 1 lady getyunf served at a till 2 customwr servu eteam memebers started to help a lady at the coffe machine. I am standing at the hot food section 2-3 meters away from them 1 of them lea es the lady at coffe machine looked at me and and tuenwd away antoher team member came to the till beside me with money loomed at me and looked away. Not 1 of theae cuatomwr servive team meme rs ask if i wanted any thing or said somwome wod be with me shortley. I jave ovwr 30 years experance in customser service and these shop need a lot of traning done.
