Never been before so thought we would try it while in the area. Definitely the best fish and chips I?ve ever had. Great sized portion and so tasty. Been telling everyone I know about it.

Our food was ok but definitely wasn't worth the price for two goujon meals and one sausage. I also found a hair in my food. Will not be rushing back.

Good place for a takeout meal. The chips were great and the Philly steak was pretty darn good - greasy and flavorful, close to how Penn Station makes it. The fish was fresh but the batter fell apart a little too easily. I highly recommend getting the garlic sauce with fish and chips on top of the usual salt and vinegar. The mushy peas were alright. But definitely get their Philly steak!

I came here regularly years ago and it was genuinely excellent.
I'm not sure if it has changed hands in recent years but it has gone from first class to just ok in my opinion. The chicken burgers are smaller with baps that fall apart when you eat them. The chicken was nice but I thought a little small for the price. The children's sausage meal was a very good size though.
Food was not bad and the service was very good (quite quick and friendly counter staff) but I'm just not sure if I would rush back anymore which is a shame as we always went here on our way back home from day trips to the North Coast

We ate here on a busy Saturday night! The food took a while but we didn't mind because it was so so good! Lovely and fresh! We both got scampi, chips and a tub of curry sauce to dip! It was delicious. The service was great, the staff were lovely and it was nice to see them having the craic with the locals! We can see why it's so highly rated!

Stunning fish and chips.
I asked if they used beef fat and they confirmed they did. The chips were crispy but fluffy and flavoursome. The fish was just sublime. Only issue was they only had tartare sauce in sachets. Their product deserved better.

The place is well presented and all, i was in town looking for good fish and chips and so far it's the worst I've ever tasted don't waste your time or money there

£10:75 for a kebab meal, no drink. Apparently chicken and chips is considered a kebab.
Wouldn't recommend. Asked for chilli and got taco.
