Staff are completely useless, not helpful at all. Watch me waiting to pay but we're more interested in talking to each other rather than helping out a paying customer.

Huge Zara, good options

Zara in Belfast has to be the worst store to shop in. There is always a queue of at least 10 to 12 people waiting to purchase items and if you are really lucky, there will be two staff on the tills but as would be the norm for Zara, it is usually one staff member on. There is never any urgency from the staff to bring other staff on to the tills to help them. I now give Zara a wide berth, who wants to stand in a queue for 15+ minutes. The changing rooms on the ground floor are closed and the ones on the first floor always have a queue. The staff (if you can find them) always look miserable. Who ever is managing this store (you never ever see a manager) needs to take a reality check, for you are failing miserably.

queue time is a madness, 45 min to return a product, what is the management doing? 1 pers at the till with other two closed and 20 people waiting. absolutely disgraceful

Just trying to collect an online order - email informed me collection was on ground floor near changing rooms but there was nothing there so I asked at the till. Got told to go to first floor till, so I joined the log queue. Once it was my turn I got told to go to the lifts where the stand was. Waiting there again and no one came. Had to go and look for staff myself to get the package. Waste of time and space.

The service in here is ridiculous, male went to check a bag for me as the one I had just purchased had a mark on it, left me standing for 15 minutes waiting when he came back he had forgot about me but started putting out a rail of replen which obviously what he was grabbing upstairs. When I confronted again he asked to scan the bag again so he could go check where I waited a further 10 minutes for him to come back with NO bag - this is not the first time the service in here is off putting the staff look so unmotivated and angry when you ask a question.

Extremely bad service today in Zara Belfast. After being allowed to take my dog (a very cute and well behaved cockapoo) into the store on a lead for the last two years I was denied entry this afternoon. No explanation other than ?it?s our policy? when I asked had their policy changed I was just told no that they have only ever allowed service dogs. When I reiterated I had been in with Freddie on numerous occasions the assistant manager just looked at me as if I was lying. Very rude, indifferent staff. Ridiculously Slow service too. I then asked could I carry him up the stairs to return my items I was told no you can?t it?s our policy. Honestly this store and their staff have thee WORST attitude. So unhelpful, rude, and condescending. They honestly do not care one iota about their customers.

First time going into the Belfast store, bought perfume was walking out and there was lots of other people buzzing as they walked out and security waved them on. As soon as I was out the door even though no alarms went off I was pulled to the side and demanded to show my receipt. Absolutely ridiculous first and only time in and won?t be back ever again.

Terrible experience in Zara Belfast today, have shopped with Zara multiple times and never had as bad customer service and appalling wait times in my life. No urgency what so ever or communication between staff, lazy and ridiculously slow. Will try to avoid this particular store at all costs.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent handling of my order. Despite not receiving my items, I was informed after a month that I am not eligible for a refund because the order was supposedly delivered and not returned. This is incorrect, and I am shocked by the lack of resolution for a loyal customer like myself.
I have always been a fan of Zara products, but this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty. I have tried to resolve this issue reasonably and have not been met with adequate assistance. If this is the level of customer service provided, I regret to say I will no longer be shopping with Zara and cannot recommend your brand to others.

Missed delivery window and rude staff. Bought an item for a Xmas present, supposed to be delivered to store on 23rd, delayed until 29th. Went to collect it, patiently waiting for the customer in front of me to collect their parcel. Then the girl scanning the QR codes walked off without saying anything to me. Won't be back.

Such a bad stock of clothing, overpriced and badly made, Belfast is the worst for a variety of stock, the Leeds store carries everything including accessories shoes etc. The management need to up there standards of stock, staff, fitting rooms, till service?just not the store it used to be.
