Excellent visit as was all my previous visits. Optometrist was professional, friendly and very informative. Took her time, was very thorough and explained each step throughout the examination. Could not be more helpful, I will definitely be visiting Vision Express for my next eye appointment.

Must say my visit to Vision Express was Excellent Marian was Great soo patient and took time to get me glasses that suited me !
Jason really made the experience so easy explained everything and I am thrilled with my new glasses varifocals and driving glasses .I can see clearly now it's great !

As an adult, I?ve trusted Vision Express - 'Forestside - South Belfast' for years and wouldn?t go anywhere else. Today, as a Father, it was a special milestone, my daughter?s very first eye check, and the experience has only strengthened my confidence in choosing you. She felt so at ease, which I could tell, and the two expert opticians who looked after her were beyond outstanding.
Although my son, who was there too, is still a little young, I already know he?ll be in the best hands when his time comes. It feels great to now have a true family opticians, and that means a lot to us.
Thank you for your care, patience, and expertise today, it all felt so natural and reassuring. We really appreciate it, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

The doctor was brilliant as usual as was the guy I got the glasses off . The only problem is when I booked my appointment they didn't say I could use my hc1 form.
Which means as someone. With very little
Money I had to pay 173 pounds. They should have told me this over the phone making the appointment

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I came in specifically as I was interested in purchasing a higher-end pair of glasses, but the experience left me frustrated.
After standing in the queue with very little guidance on where to go, I was then told I could not be seen as I was ?late.? I want to be clear that I was not late ? I was present and waiting, but all staff were with other customers.
I had taken time out of my day to come in, which is not always easy, and unfortunately the lack of organisation meant I left without being properly assisted. I run a business so don?t make negative reviews lightly.
I wanted to make you aware of this, as the service did not reflect the standard I would expect when looking to invest in a premium product.
