Excellent Gym, Tonnes of features, love taking the kids swimming and having a bit of r and r on the hot beds and steam room. Reception staff are lovely, Nicole is a standout, nothing is too much trouble. We?ll be members for years to come!!

I was in last week to have a spa day, i was greeted by Nichola at reception as soon as i walked in. She gave me my spa bag, checked me in and showed me around , She was very friendly and made me feel welcome, The facilities were great , Myself and my friend will definitely be returning! ?

Was charged £50 for a 30 minute facial, but it only lasted 15 minutes. Not worth the money.
Booked in for 6pm and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time, as instructed, but was was not brought into the treatment room until 5 past. I was back in my car again at 6:25. Skin felt just ok, but felt rushed and definitely not worth the money.

Excellent gym with fantastic facilities. The staff are superb. A special mention would have to go to Denise. Denise is a true professional with and amazing approach to all of the members. Thank you Denise for encouraging Anna and I to Join. It's one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. Stephen, thank you also for always making Anna feel so welcome. X

I've been a member for a while...love the choice of classes ...Great supportive staff who make exercising (!) a laugh..Aquafit classes are worth the early morning effort as are the tai chi....

A????? reception staff & spa staff were very welcoming. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back. I got a robe & headed off to the spa relaxing room whilst I waited my turn for my treatments. The room is super calming and comfortable. They have salt lamps which sets a lovely ambience. There are some waterbeds, plenty of heated beds & a water station. The girl Annette did an amazing Swedish massage on my neck, shoulders + back, then my legs + feet.. I felt so much better afterwards. The showers had great water pressure and temperatures (both adjustable). The changing rooms were immaculate and the sauna, jacuzzi, pool + steam area was perfect. Just had to share the great experience we had here!We visited the spa on Saturday 27th JanuaryFirst time going to this spa and from the impression of the reception staff being super friendly and informative, to the facilities being great.The absolute cherry on top of the cake for me and my bestie was the relaxation room and the amazing beauty therapists/masseuse Kate and Zoe who made us feel so informed and comfortable about the treatments we were getting which were facials, back message and scalp message and to say they were unreal is an understatement! We came away feel rejuvenated, pampered and relaxed. Thank you both for our amazing experience.Highly recommend and we will definitely be back ??

My partner and I had a really wonderful facial here today that I got as a Christmas gift. I've never had a facial before but it was so relaxing and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back

Had the most amazing time at the spa with my mummy. She?s had a rough few months prior to Christmas and I thought she would enjoy some relaxing! Staff were so friendly, from reception staff, spa staff and anyone we passed made sure to say hello. Mum had a facial with a lovely girl (sorry I cannot remember her name) she made mum feel relaxed and reassured. I had a back massage from Adrianna (sorry if I?ve gotten that wrong). She was so sweet and polite and hands that worked wonders on my back! Big thank you to Kirsty for the welcome and showing us where to go and Terence for answering any questions we had prior to visiting, we left feeling great and cannot wait to return! ??????????

Had a fabulous spa experience at the Belfast Club. Lovely touch being able to avail of a spa bag with flip flops, robe and towel. Faith was my therapist. She really listened to what I wanted from my treatment and she made sure she matched it exactly. The treatment room was amazing, tranquil and comfortable. The relaxation room after the treatment was equally amazing as were the wet facilities we were able to use too. Such a fabulous morning spent. Will def be back. Well done team Bannatyne.

We would be here every day if we could afford it, the staff are lovely, respectful, down to earth and the treatments are so enjoyable the only thing I would say on the negative side would be if the relaxation room is busy it can get a little noisy

Amazing spa day today. Massages were great. Lovely staff. Great relaxation area, pool and jacuzzi. Didn't use steam room area and sauna but looked spotless. Very well run Health Club. Highly recommended.
