Went in didn?t feel very welcome, had to ask multiple times for help to changing room, the workers made me feel uncomfortable!
One of the guys was very nice and smiling!
However, the shop is very clean and lovely! The clothes have sales and great selection too :) Urban is a fav but the staff here weren?t the one on my day off last Thursday.

UO has lost the run of itself. Obscene prices for unoriginal, acrylic / polyester clothing. Uninviting layout in this store, also.

good store, wide range of clothing vintage and new, only thing i hate are the prices lol, i really only buy from the sale section as i cannot justify paying £48 for a camisole as a student?.. The staff are lovely people, I went in the store to ask staff if i could display flyers containing a QR code in the shop and they not only agreed but took a few copies and said they?d display it in their staff room too which was a nice sentiment.

very big and staff look scary but are actually nice lol, only downsides are it's a bit messy and is kinda hard to try find clothes in there and the prices are getting a bit much but aside from that it's great

Coolest store ever!! Staff was amazing. They were so nice and open minded. Clothes are great and the interior is unbeatable. I 100% recommend going here!

Total failure. They totally discriminate against obese people. I wanted to buy a shirt that I liked but unfortunately it was the smallest size. I walked all over the store and didn't see the size of the XXL disgrace like diversity and yet discrimination. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered 2 pairs of Levi's online. Only one came. Contacted customer services, who don't believe me and will offer me no refund. The weight stated on their postage label states a weight which is double what the parcel I received is, which leaves me to assume that the packer printed the label before they removed the second pair of jeans. I'll never shop UO again, judging by Facebook posts, something very dodgy is going on in their warehouses.

there isn?t a lot of clothes compared to others stores tbh, particularly jeans, but it?s cutee and the homeware section is so adorable

As soon as I walked in the store, I was welcomed by the friendly staff. If I had any questions, there was always someone around to help and answer.The store is so clean and organised, it was easy to find the things that I needed to.
